    Temps Inc. has some of the most stringent hiring standards in the industry. Our candidates are thoroughly screened to meet your facility's specific requirements. All Temps Inc. employees are required to meet the following minimum standards:
     
    One Year of Recent Experience (if required)
    Drug Testing in Accordance with Temps Inc. Drug Free Workplace Policy and as Required by our Clients
    Current and Verified Licensure/Certification
    Current CPR (for all clinical positions)
    Passing Score of 80% or Better on the Temps Inc. Competency Examination(s)
    Criminal Screenings in Accordance with State and Federal Laws and at your Request
    JCAHO Approved Training in Body Mechanics, Universal Precautions, Fire and Electrical Safety, Hepatitis B, Occupational Safety and Age Specific Competencies
    Completed Comprehensive Skills Assessments
    Current PPD's or Chest X-rays on file, updated bi-annually
    HIPAA Training and OIG/ELPS Screening
